1. Terms of Service
Welcome to INJIZA ("Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account and using the INJIZA platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the Platform.
1.1 Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
- You must be a resident of Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Burundi, or DR Congo.
- You must possess an active MTN Mobile Money account to receive payments.
- One account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without refund.
1.2 Account Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- You must provide accurate and truthful registration information.
- You must not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
- You must not use bots, scripts, VPNs, or any automated means to complete tasks or earn points.
- Suspected fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance.
1.3 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:
- Attempt to manipulate the points or referral system.
- Upload, share, or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or Firebase database.
- Impersonate any person or organisation.
1.4 Modifications to the Platform
INJIZA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via the registered email address. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Payment & Account Activation
INJIZA requires a one-time activation fee of 1,250 RWF to unlock full platform access. This fee covers account setup, platform maintenance, and ensures only committed members access the earning system.
2.1 Activation Fee — Non-Refundable
The 1,250 RWF one-time activation fee is non-refundable once your account has been activated. By clicking "I Have Paid — Activate My Account" you acknowledge and agree to this condition.
2.2 Payment Method
- Payment is made via MTN Mobile Money only (USSD: *182*8*1*1452789*1250#).
- Airtel Money support is coming soon.
- Do not send payment via any other channel or to any other number — we cannot verify unofficial transfers.
2.3 Activation Timeline
Account activation is typically completed within a few minutes to a maximum of 2 hours during business hours (7:00 AM – 10:00 PM CAT). Once activated, your account status updates automatically and you will be redirected to your dashboard without needing to refresh.
2.4 Referral Activation Bonus
If a new member registers using your referral code and their account is subsequently activated, you will receive 200 points credited to your account automatically at the moment of their activation. This bonus is applied by the platform and requires no action on your part.
3. Earnings & Withdrawals
3.1 Points System
- 1 point = 0.1 RWF. Points have no cash value outside the INJIZA platform.
- Points are awarded upon genuine completion of tasks as verified by the platform.
- INJIZA reserves the right to reverse points awarded due to fraudulent or invalid task completion.
3.2 Withdrawal Conditions
- Minimum balance to withdraw: 5,000 points (equivalent to 500 RWF).
- Withdrawals are processed to your registered MTN Mobile Money number within 24 hours of admin approval.
- Points are deducted from your balance only after your withdrawal is approved and payment has been dispatched.
- Rejected withdrawal requests result in full points being returned to your balance.
3.3 No Guarantee of Earnings
INJIZA does not guarantee any specific level of earnings. Earning potential depends on tasks completed, referrals made, and availability of tasks. Published earning ranges (e.g., 10,000–50,000 RWF/month) are estimates based on active member behaviour and are not a promise of income.
4. Privacy Policy
INJIZA is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. We comply with applicable data protection principles.
4.1 Information We Collect
When you register and use INJIZA, we collect the following information:
- Identity data: First name, last name, username.
- Contact data: Email address, phone number (MTN Mobile Money number).
- Location data: Country of residence.
- Usage data: Tasks completed, points earned, login timestamps, page views, device type (mobile/desktop).
- Payment data: Withdrawal requests and amounts. We do not store your MTN PIN or full account credentials.
4.2 How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account on the INJIZA platform.
- To process withdrawal requests to your MTN Mobile Money account.
- To send you platform notifications and important account updates via email.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of these Terms.
- To analyse platform performance and improve our services.
- To comply with legal obligations if required by Rwandan or applicable law.
Your information is safe with us. All data is stored securely in Google Firebase with industry-standard encryption. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Access to your data is restricted to authorised INJIZA administrators only.
4.3 Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- With service providers necessary to operate the platform (e.g., Firebase by Google, EmailJS for notifications, Google Tag Manager for analytics) — bound by confidentiality obligations.
- With law enforcement or regulatory authorities if legally required.
- In connection with a business transfer or merger, with equivalent privacy protections maintained.
5. Your Data Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data held by INJIZA:
5.1 Access
You may request a copy of all personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing support.
5.2 Correction
If any of your information is inaccurate, you may request a correction by contacting us.
5.3 Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data. Note that deletion will result in forfeiture of any remaining points balance, and is irreversible. Legal records required for compliance may be retained for up to 5 years.
5.4 Cookies & Tracking
INJIZA uses Google Tag Manager and Firebase Analytics to track page views and user interactions in aggregate. No personally identifiable tracking data is sold or shared with advertisers. Session identifiers are stored in sessionStorage and are cleared when you close your browser tab.
5.5 Data Retention
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Inactive accounts (no login for 12 months) may be archived. Withdrawal records are retained for 5 years for financial compliance purposes.

6.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kigali, Rwanda.
6.3 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered members of material changes by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
